Service Order Import Interface
The Service Order Import Interface allows for the automatic transfer of service orders from external systems into planr. This function is particularly useful for companies that already use another system to manage service orders.
How it Works
When a service order is imported into planr via the interface, the following information is automatically transferred:
- Order number and name
- Branch and office
- Project manager and executing technician
- Description of the order
- Start and end date (if defined)
- Notes and additional information
Automatic Scheduling
If start and end times are defined for a service order in the external system, it is automatically scheduled in planr. The responsible employee no longer needs to manually schedule the order.
Automatic scheduling only works if start and end times are defined for the service order in the external system.
Recognizing Conflicts
If conflicts arise during the transfer of service orders (e.g., if an order already exists), they are highlighted in red in the user interface. This allows you to quickly identify which orders require special attention.
The interface is usually set up and managed by external partners. If you have questions about the configuration, please contact your IT administrator or the planr team.
