Different Views & Basic Logic

Basic Logic

Dispositions can be created in all views – Employees, Projects, Service, Absences, and Equipment (left sidebar). Therefore, this document also refers to the employee view, project view, service view, absence view, and equipment view.

This means that the user is in this area in the left sidebar.

All views, except Equipment, are linked together and show the same information from different perspectives.

For example, if you create a disposition for employee Max Muster in the employee view and assign him to Project A, this entry also appears in the project view. There, Max Muster will be shown as the assigned employee for Project A on the same date and time.

Equipment as Independent Entries

Equipment is currently independent, meaning it can be recorded and assigned to an employee. However, this information is not displayed in the employee view but is exclusively visible in the equipment view.

If equipment should also appear in the employee view, it is currently recommended to record them as "Employees" and then schedule them accordingly for projects or services.
